During our Christmas getaway, we were pleased with two major aspects of our hotel experience. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and enjoying the festive atmosphere. We had easy access to various places in the region, making our holiday even more enjoyable. we were delighted to find a reading room in the hotel where we could relax and unwind with a good book. It was a wonderful opportunity to indulge in some quiet time and escape the holiday hustle and bustle.
our room faced a busy road which resulted in a lot of noise throughout the day and night. It was quite disturbing and affected the quality of our sleep.

The location was convenient for touring nearby wine country and had a beautiful courtyard. the room was well-decorated and clean, with good amenities such as a comfortable bed, a tea and coffee maker, and a private bathroom. Breakfast was satisfactory with decent service.
There was no private car park for the hotel, which made us worry about the safety of our belongings in the car.

During our Christmas stay, we had the most magnificent experience in this charming place. the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with plenty of character. We enjoyed the healthy and rich breakfast, and the idea of having a reading room was just perfect. the location was great, as it allowed us to take a long walk in the Canal du Midi and visit the amazing Carcassone Cite. What's more, the staff was helpful and nice, making us feel at home.
We knew it would be noisy from the start, but it was worse than we expected, especially during the summertime when windows needed to be open because of the heat.
